A fantastic opportunity has become available to work full time as an Administrator (Monday to Friday) in a temporary position in Liverpool but will be required to travel to another site in Lancashire. When required to travel all travel and expenses will be paid for and arranged. The role is for approx 2 months with the potential to be extended. The pay rate for this role is £9.62 per hour.
Key responsibilities include:
- Data entry
- Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
- Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing routine correspondence
- Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
