Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team to assist with matching referrals to the correct healthcare provider.
Using a bespoke system, the successful candidate must be IT savvy with good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
The successful candidate must have:
- Admin Experience
- Excellent phone manner
- Problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Target driven
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
- Quick learner
The role is an inital 3 month contract with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
