Brook Street currently has the pleasure of supporting a globally recognised company - who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Pensions department on a 12 month Maternity cover. Depending on performance and circumstances at the time, there may also be the possibility of this going permanent however, we cannot guarantee it.
We are looking for people who can demonstrate strong administration skills, a good attention to detail and are comfortable working with numbers and producing written communication. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in a number of key, engaging projects on a regular basis.
Previous experience of working within the pensions industry on Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes is preferable but not essential. However, You must:
*Be highly motivated, keen to learn and someone who takes a positive approach to their personal development
*Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal
*Have the ability to confidently use MS Word and Excel
*Have attained Maths and English GCSE Grade B or above
Working within the Member Services department, you will be providing a wide variety of administration services to all schemes (predominantly closed schemes) including:
*Dealing with member queries by either telephone, email, face-to-face or in writing in an efficient and timely manner
*Processing administration tasks including deaths and retirements
*Performing routine pension calculations and complex manual calculations where required
*Maintaining membership records including the data cleanse of the information held pension administration database
