Job Description

Our client based in Weston Super Mare are a successful motor group company looking to add a Handover Specialist to enhance the experience of their customers. Can you add your customer service and admin skills to this already very successful team?

Our client are looking to add someone who has a plethora of skills that can add to their team. Customer service and admin skills are both equally needed for this role as you will often be the first point of contact in order to enhance the customer experience.

Your duties will include:
1.Ensure a prompt and friendly approach to all customers in line company/manufacturer`s standard.
2.Complete all paperwork and IT input to the highest standards in line with Company, Manufacturer and FCA requirements.
3.Ensure the car is in perfect condition at the point of handover and that all necessary documentation is complete. Refer to Sales person for details, as necessary.
4.Ensure through training and your own efforts that you have a broad and comprehensive understanding of all the products on offer and the marketing plans in place.
5.Maintain high standards of manner, appearance and integrity.

Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience
-Knowledge of IT and use of software packages
-Experience of working in a customer facing role
-At least 3 GCSEs at grade c or above or equivalent experience
-Flexibility as the role will require weekend work
-Hold a Full and Valid Driving Licence
-Strong Communication Skills

Desirable Skills/Qualifications/Experience
-Previous Motor Trade Experience
-Ability to work independently and within a team


The role may from time to time require you to be first point of contact for customers, this enhances the customer experience by sharing your knowledge of the brand and products with potential owners.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritise, co-ordinate and work on your own initiative. This role is focused on providing the best customer experience, therefore previous involvement within a customer facing role is essential

Salary is: £18,450
