Role: Administrator
Location: Brighton
Salary: £21,200
Hours:9-5 but can be flexible

My client is looking for an Administrator in Brighton.
You will need to be organised, flexible and able to use your own initiative.

You will need to be able to prioritise task according to their urgency and be competent with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Some of your responsibilities will be to provide administration support various teams within the company and secretarial support for internal and external meetings such as preparing agendas, sending them out to those attending the meetings, coordinating the timing of meetings to work around all those who need to be there and take minutes and agreeing them.

Its a fast paced environment and you will need to have experience in an administrative support role and Customer Services on all levels as you will be speaking with various levels of management.
