Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting on behalf of our esteemed Public Sector client based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre.

We are currently recruiting for 3 x Admin Assistants. These are Temporary positions paying £8.21, and rising after 12 weeks.

The Temporary Worker will provide administrative duties for tribunal services, including:

Data Entry
Photocopying
Attending to Clerk Hearings
Writing and Preparing Reports
Attending to Customers face-to-face


Typical qualifications and experience include:

Five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent)

Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office

Good communication skills, both oral and written.

Responding to Subject Access Requests by checking for the correct identifying information, proof of identity and consent if required

All successful applicants must undergo a new security clearance, and provide 3 years` worth of referencing.
