To provide a general administration function including word processing, spreadsheets and database inputting, printing, photocopying, ordering of stationery, filing, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail etc.
To provide administration support.
To provide administration support,maintaining general casework administrative systems, taking initial referrals over the telephone and allocating appropriately, to be responsible for retrieving and collating statistical information from casework records and inputting onto the database or spreadsheet
To provide administration support to the HR function.
To provide an efficient and effective telephone reception service and to deal with general enquiries, including dealing with telephone calls for managers and their staff when necessary.
Updating the organisation`s website and facebook and twitter pages as and when required.
Setting up mobile phones and ipads for new members of staff within the organisation
To take minutes at team meetings as and when required.
Providing refreshments for meetings as and when required.
To ensure service leaflets stock levels are kept up to date and available for service users` information packs and events.
Participating in fundraising events for the organisation when required.
Attending appropriate training courses when necessary.
Complying with organisational policies and procedures.
Carrying out any other duties as and when required, which are consistent with the general nature of this position.
