Are you an administrator with experience working within a financial planning department?
Brook Street are looking for an experienced administrator to join a Financial Planning department within the Client Review unit. This position is a full-time permanent role to be based in Weston-Super- Mare.
You will be responsible for providing accurate valuation reports based on client portfolios in preparation for consultant meetings and ensuring that all information is entered on to a Client Database system.
It is preferred if you have had some financial background, as you will be ensuring all client information is entered onto the Client Database system correctly, dealing with enquires and preparing client valuations, reviews and processing and tracking new business.
Communication and IT skills are required as a Financial Planning Administrator as well as being able to organise and prioritise your own workload. Previous experience of using Intelligent Office Client Database/back office system would be an advantage.
Monday -Friday with a salary between £18,000 - £20,000
