Job Description

Our client based in Reading are looking for a high level Office Administrator to join their team working closely with the Sales Team to provide outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will be joining an experienced team making a significant contribution to the overall success of the business.

The perfect candidate should have outstanding and diverse people skills, show passionate interest in problem solving, thinking ahead of others and going out of your way to supply the highest level of service.

Responsibilities Include:

Supporting with administrative and management needs
Creating reports for clients
Acting as a central point of contact in the office for the extended team, communicating clearly to ensure that information is shared among the team.
Ensuring all internal and external documentation is prepared in a timely manner to an outstanding standard of quality and accuracy
Continuously seeking and reviewing ways and means to improve the quality of service provided to clients
Help collate research across a diverse range of subjects
Managing Consultants diary's, ensuring that Consultants are prepared for all their meetings and ensuring that their daily, weekly and monthly schedule allows time for all their diverse range of business activities
