Job Description

Brook street are seeking Dispatch Coordinators on behalf of the NHS in central Bristol.

You will be part of a small team supporting a project aiming to move dispatch form post to email correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow strict compliance procedures to contact organisations, retrieving correct email address and updating databases

Use excel to manage a complex spreadsheet, inputting and extracting data to allow you to meet targets and deadlines.

Key Skills:

Be confident in using a variety of databases and software`s to find data and information

Be able to manage you time effectively whilst working independently

Have good telephone manner and the ability to get the information from clients quickly

Strong attention to detail

Be self motivated to meet targets

Computer Literate- particularly confident in excel

This role is temporary for 6 months, paying £9 p/h
