Start date: Thursday 16th January - You MUST be available to come and register on Wednesday 15th January.
The role will involve:
" Scanning documents individually from hard copy employee personnel files and save them to electronic files using our naming convention.
" Setting up the required folders from within the employee files.
" Shredding the information once it is scanned and saved.
The person should be:
" Have excellent attention to detail by checking and double checking
" Be able to escalate any difficulties in advance of proceeding with a task
" Able to work on their own initiative
" Enjoy the repetitive nature of the task
