Job Description

Brook Street are seeking an Administrator on behalf of a government client in Taunton.

You will be a key member of the Performance and improvement team, providing admin support and answering queries. You will be a confident administrator, good at using your own initiative and working alone or as part of a team.

Some of your duties will include:
o Preparation, collation and formatting of committee documents.
o Undertake work of a confidential nature which must be carried out professionally with discretion and tact.
o Prepare letters to be sent in name of the Performance and Improvement Directors.
o To receive and respond to incoming telephone calls, redirecting them where appropriate and/or necessary.
o To ensure that travel and accommodation booked is within budgetary constraints, reflect value for money and be the most cost effective arrangement taking account the circumstances of each case.
o Perform general admin tasks as required, supporting the team where business need is greatest

This is a full time temporary position paying £9.28 rising to £10.79 after 12 weeks.
