Brook Street Edinburgh are currently recruiting for experienced Administrators to work on an initial 8-week contract with our client, a leading media organisation based in Livingston.
Our client is currently going through some major restructuring changes within their business due to new IR35 legislation's.
Provide the business with an effective, professional and efficient administration recruitment service, ensuring all client systems are updated and accurate throughout the end to end recruitment process.
o Provide administrative support for the temporary recruitment process
o Provide guidance and advice to workers and suppliers on contractual queries
o Support the analysis and tracking of costs and savings, ensuring all rate reductions are recorded in the system
o Accurately maintain the HR database
o Effectively monitor and respond to all correspondence, emails and post received ensuring actions are completed within SLA
o Ensure all transactions carried out, are in accordance with the current legislation (Data Protection Act)
This role will require the following skills and experience:
o Excellent organisational skills with the capability to work to tight deadlines
o Accustomed to working within a busy environment
o Meticulous eye for detail and accuracy
o Ability to work to own initiative as well as part of a team
o Exceptional communication skills
o Confidence when liaising with both candidates and clients
o Literate in a variety of MS packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook
o Previous experience working within Recruitment or HR
