Brook Street are seeking a Business Support Assistant on behalf of a public sector client in Taunton.
This Business Support Assistant will be required to have excellent computer skills, including Excel and Powerpoint, and the ability to use MS Access for databases. You will have previous administrative or secretarial experience with an excellent attention to detail. In addition you will have the ability to work under pressure in a busy working environment whilst remaining calm and professional at all times.
Examples of Business Support Assistant role expectations are:
To provide and receive complex information with an understanding of confidentiality and data protection
Update and maintain data bases and/or spread sheets
Produce documents, reports and correspondence accurately with an ability to take minutes if required
This assignment is until the end of April paying £9.28 rising to £10.79 after 12 weeks.
