Job Description

Our Public Sector client is seeking 4 administrators to provide support to the busy department on a temporary basis.

Our client is part of the MOJ family, based in the city centre. They offer a great opportunity to gain or extend experience with in the public sector.

The positions are on a temporary basis expected to run for approx 3 months with the possibility of being extended and are full time working 37 hours Monday to Friday.

As an admin officer you will provide general and varied admin support to the teams within the department.

Duties may include but not be limited to

* Preparation of courts
* Listing courts
* Resulting courts
* Post duties
* Dealing with queries, by phone email or face to face
* Data entry
* Correspondence
* Filing
* General adhoc admin duties as required

Ideal candidates will have good office experience and excellent communication skills. You will be able to work well as part of a busy team whilst being able to work using your own initiative.

Our client requires the following

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Good strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Ability to work in a busy environment and follow instruction

The pay rate is £9.59 per hour and benefits include holiday pay and pension scheme
