Job Description

Administrator / Contract Co Ordinator
Temporary with a view of going permanent
Full time Monday to Thursday: 8:30 - 17:00 & Friday: 8:30 -16:30
Preston Area, City Centre
£8.60 per hour

Brook Street is currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to join my client on a temporary to permanent basis. The role is a mixture between Admin and Customer service within the technical team as you will be assisting to co-ordinate certain contracts within the company, you will essentially be working as a team, answering phone calls and liaising with numerous clients and contractors.

The following duties will include:

Answering incoming calls from customers to book in work / maintenance (must be confident speaking to new people and have a good telephone manner)
General ad hoc administrative duties supporting the team
Drafting and sending emails
Making outgoing calls to book in appointments for engineers to attend individuals' homes
Updating schedules once the work has been booked
