Job Description


Our Client based in Wyboston (near to Eaton Socon/St Neots) is seeking someone to join their team on a full time, temporary basis. The role is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with flexibility on start and end times. The rate of pay is £10.35 per hour.

Full training on working practices and systems will be provided in-house.

The role will include but will not be restricted to:
- Managing the enquiry inbox
- Database management
- Liaising with experts for support to enquiry
- Providing clear and concise support and advice information via email and verbally
- Viewing graphic imagery of individuals both deceased and alive including adult and children with injuries and reading reports on these

As the role also involve reading disturbing reports, medical/police awareness and experience would be appropriate.
As you can understand, this role involves sensitive information, the ideal candidate will hold a high level of respect and professionalism.

Due to the nature of this role, we will require someone who is used to working in a confidential environment. You will also need to take a psychological assessment by the client prior to you starting.

The rate of pay is £10.35 per hour. Holiday and Pension scheme is available.
