My client in the Public Sector are looking for a Frontline Support Administrator. You will need to be experienced in administration and will be providing support to the Case Management Team.
You will need to be extremely organised, able to use your initiative and communicate with people on all levels. Customer Service is also a very important part of the role as you will be speaking with customers. This is varied role that requires you to be flexible and prioritise tasks accordingly. Ideally, you will have knowledge of case work and project procedures.
Some of your duties will be to provide admin support for internal and external meetings, organising meetings or calls and sending out agendas. Creating case documents, data entry and record filing.
