Brook Street (UK) Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of Education Authority Northern Ireland for an Administrator to work in a specific department within their Omagh offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a desire to work in an Administrative and Customer Service field within one of the leading public sector organisations operating within Northern Ireland.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support, maintain hard-copy and electronic files, collect and process data, utilise the organisation's CRM system as well as the Microsoft Office suite, and answer incoming calls to deal with enquiries in relation to school transport.
This temporary role will be based in Omagh and will operate on a month-to-month basis.
Candidates must hold a minimum of five GCSE passes (grades A*-C) or equivalent or higher and have demonstrable administrative / clerical experience in an office environment including general office duties, word processing, and practical use of computers or have a minimum of three years' demonstrable administrative / clerical experience in an office environment including general office duties, word processing and the practical use of computers.
The rate of pay for this role is £9.25 per hour.
