Job Description

Our client is a multi-award-winning psychological assessment and treatment provider with a reputation for clinical excellence and leading governance & safeguarding, supported by a track record of digital innovation. They support a multitude of clients including large corporate employers, Private Medical Insurers, and Personal Injury and Rehab providers. They have become a leading provider within the key sector markets with outstanding client retention and national accolades for innovative service delivery. They aim to become the leading provider of outpatient psychological services in the UK and beyond.
They have new, additional opportunities for administrators to join their team on temporary basis 2-3 months. You would be responsible for matching up referrals and contacting the health care providers to arrange appointments.
You will be using bespoke system for the matching process. Our client is looking for someone with good communication skills as you will be speaking to health care professions. The key points are:
