Job Description

Create and maintain a welcoming, tidy and professional front of house environment at all times

oWelcoming guests and contractors to site; making sure they feel welcomed and attended to, and ensuring they adhere to the signing in procedures

oAnswering calls in a timely and professional manner, including taking messages and dealing with ad hoc queries/issues.

oEnsuring the front of house, meeting and shared areas are kept clean and tidy; liaising with the facilities team to report any issues and coordinating maintenance contractors as needed

oBooking travel and supporting with travel planning

oGeneral administration support from photocopying and scanning papers to typing, formatting and modifying documents, reports, correspondence and spreadsheets

oKeeping our teams safe by maintaining accurate H&S records and reminding about renewals and courses

oManaging incoming and outgoing post, parcels and couriers

oMaintaining front of house stock levels and ordering supplies as necessary
