Job Description

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR:
19-20k
Tring

My client is a Tring based company working within the Film, TV and Theatre industries, is looking for an Office Administrator. They will be moving to Tring in the coming months. You will need to have great people skills and be able to deal with clients ranging from blue chip organisations through to small businesses.
You will need to have good computer skills using Microsoft Office and ideally had experience of Act and Sage databases. Some knowledge of paints and fabrics may prove beneficial, but not necessary. You must have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise. Attention to detail is a must, as is previous experience in a similar role. Must suit second Jobber.

Responsibilities and Duties
" Dealing with clients via telephone and email
" Process customer orders; both UK and International, via phone and online
" Invoice reconciliation
" Interact with people at all levels, both customers and colleagues
" Filing and retrieving information and documents
" Stock reconciliation
" Miscellaneous warehouse duties, packing and shipping orders
" Operate and maintain variety of standard office machines, telephone, shredding machine and photocopy machine.
" Ordering and maintaining stationery and office equipment supplies
" Reorganise and maintain office filing
" Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
" Production of marketing material
" Maintain social media accounts

Essential skills required:
" Computer literacy and good typing skills using and a variety of computer software packages
" Good organisational skills
" Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
" Good at prioritising
" Accurate with good attention to detail
" Strong sense of customer service
" Good team player
" Focused
" Be prepared to undertake a variety of duties and turn hand to all types of tasks where necessary
