Leicestershire Police are recruiting for a Business Support Administrator on a temporary basis to be based working from home.
Full time 37 hours a week Monday - Friday
Purpose of the role:
To provide an executive support service to the head of Department. The service to include a full range of executive duties including committee administration, correspondence logging and management, planning and implementing arrangements for executive level meetings, including travel and accommodation arrangements and general administrative duties.
To have significant experience of working in an administrative role. Experience of managing demanding workloads within tight timescales. Experience of collating agenda papers and reports and distributing them to senior managers or a governance body
Demonstrate the ability to work at this level by the production of documents prepared by the applicant. Competency in using Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
