Role - Administrator
Location - Aylesford
Start Date - Asap
Duration - Long term Temp to possible Permanent Position.
Hours - Monday to Friday 7.30am till 5.30pm - 40 hours per week
Temp Pay - £9 - £10.50 per hour
Salary - £19,000 - £21,000 per annum

Are you looking to start a career within administration. Are you computer literate with a keen and motivated attitude? If so this could be the role for you.

We are looking for a hard working, motivated and confident individual with a `can do` attitude.

This is a busy office based role which will include organising engineers, updating Excel spreadsheets and both internal and external systems. Confident using MS Excel and Outlook is essential.

Duties will include
-Managing a group inbox
-Updating and maintaining internal and external databases
-Data Entry and Administration
-liaising with several parties both internal and external to the company
-Able to work towards timeframes and schedules
-Managing a busy diary
-High levels of customer service skills both written and verbal.
-Experienced using MS office packages such as Excel and Outlook
