Job Description

My client based in East Belfast, has a temporary vacancy for an Administrator

The role is temporary for 3-6 months. The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 0845 to 1700
If successful, you will join a family run business and made to feel right at home!. Our client offers free car parking on site, and you are close to all amenities.

The job role will involve the successful applicant to deal with the clients preferred haulage company to arrange deliveries, contacting customers to arrange delivery of devices, and working with the service department to arrange engineering resource and general administrative duties

What do we need from you?
Eligibility to work in the UK
Excellent telephone manner, along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
Ability to work under pressure, our client would prefer to receive CV;s that show previous logistics/planning in a busy environment.

Educated to GCSE Level

You will be paid an hourly rate of £9.00 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
