Job Description

An opportunity has come up for an Administrator for a small Finance team. You will deal with the administrative duties and also help cover reception and handle incoming calls.

Day to day duties:

  • Welcome clients and help with enquiries

  • Cover reception and handle incoming calls

  • Update clients details on the internal company database

  • Help with general administration of files

  • Produce and upkeep spreadsheets

  • Confidential handling of sensitive information

  • Use of Office 365

About you:

  • Finance experience desirable but not essential

  • Self-motivated

  • Excellent oral and written communication

  • Proven Administrative experience

  • Eye for detail

  • Team player

Hours: 9-5 (60 minute lunch)

Salary: £17,500 negotiable
