Job Description

My client is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude. An excellent telephone manner and strong computer skills are a must with the desire to learn and develop new skills!

Monday to Friday 8.45am-5pm

Based in Leicester city centre

Up to £20,000 per annum

Responsibilities and Duties:
o Dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries in a busy office
o Processing notices on a in house system and inputting data
o Processing quotations and letters
o Diary management and scheduling appointments
o Providing excellent and friendly customer service
o General administration and office duties
o Various other general administrative duties

Candidate Specification:
o Experience within a data process role with the ability to process large amounts of information accurately
o Competent and confident using different IT systems
o Excellent customer service skills
o Strong administration skills
o A keen eye for detail and accurate data entry skills
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
o Able to use your initiative and be flexible
o Able to work as part of a team
o Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, prioritising workload
