Job Description

Role - Office Administrator
Location - rural Wadhurst (need to dive)
Start Date - asap
End Date - September
Hours - MON - FRI 8am till 4pm or 9am till 5pm
Free Parking
Pay: £9.00 per hr

We are looking for a hard working and adaptable candidate to join our lovely team in rural Wadhurst. Ideally you need to have 1 year`s office experience and be confident using MS office-based packages.

This is a temp role till September which you need to commit fully to the duration of the role.

Duties will include
-General faxing, filing and office support to the department
-Organising new starter packs, inductions and training sessions
-Send out letters and contracts to new and existing staff.
-Update attendance reports for staff which will include overtime, sickness and maternity
-Dealing with various employee queries via telephone, email and onsite staff.
-Assigning all IT equipment and log ins
-Co-ordinate all additional training for staff within various departments
-Attending meetings and taking notes
-Processing leavers and transfer packs
-Ordering stationary
