Job Description

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge?
Brook Street has a new opportunity for an professional administrator to join our client based in Inverness. This is a fantastic permanent role offering you the chance to join an established and professional business.
Our client operates within the accounts and finance sector and covers a variety of works. In this position you will be working in a busy office environment, supporting a team of Accountants and Partners. This is a fast paced and changeable role where you will be required to think on your feet and prioritise jobs to ensure all work is delivered in line with agreed timescales.
You will carry out a variety of duties which will include:
" Reception duties, welcoming and aiding guests
" Answering the telephone, assisting with enquiries and directing incoming calls
" Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, including filing and electronic distribution
" Managing inboxes and email correspondence for self and for the Support team
" Preparation of documents - for meetings, letters, letters of engagement, reports, proofing - all in line with the company's corporate image policy
" Manage the business system and organised confidential records
" Assist with billing - raising bills and running reports
" Supervise and order the office supplies
" Organise travel arrangements, when required
" Cover support for Partners' Secretary

You will be a confident communicator and a natural organiser with the ability to prioritise tasks to ensure all work is delivered accurately and efficiently and in line with company policy and procedures.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and must be able to learn and navigate the internal systems.
You will ideally have experience of working in a similar environment.
