Job Description

Are you looking for your first commercial move after graduating or perhaps you are looking for that next role where you can grow and develop your commercial experience further?

If so, Brook Street is working in partnership with a highly regarded Wealth Management company based in Wallingford, you will be an integral part of the team working in a fast paced environment and no two days will be the same.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

" Responsible for the administration of client information for the paraplanning team, ensuring all information is gathered in a timely fashion and prepared fully before submitting to paraplanner to write case
" Gathering and chasing information from administration centres and external 3rd parties such as life and pension companies to ensure client work is completed within given time scales
" Managing the client`s financial information and documents including collating information from various sources and updating/creating the Client Financial Review documents
" Assisting with pre-meeting research and documentation including gathering information from client files, documents and printing valuations for the Financial Advisers
" Completion of various application forms and documentation on the client`s behalf
Skills and Experience:


" Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to ensure effective communication with a wide range of contacts
" Excellent team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and co-operatively with colleagues
" Very strong organisational and planning skills
" Ability to apply processes rigorously to promote effective and efficient working
" Experience of office administration and working in a professional environment
" Strong team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and co-operatively with colleagues
" Assertive and confident manner particularly on the telephone
" Good numeracy and excellent attention to detail
" Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, with a flexible, pro-active approach
" Able to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain client confidentiality at all times
