Job Description

Job title - Reception - Administrator
Pay - £8.91 per hour
Hours - 8am - 4.30pm (Monday to Friday) 40 hours per week
Location - Kenilworth
Contract length - Temp to Perm

Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Reception Administrator to become part of a successful organisation based in Kenilworth. Successful candidates will be joining an enthusiastic team to help with the day to day running of the business. This opportunity would be ideal for those with a background in Reception, Administration, or other office support roles.

Key responsibilities -

- Answering calls, Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy in all data entry tasks.
- Correspond with external customers by phone and email where necessary.
- Logging data onto spreadsheets accurately.
- Key holding.

Candidate requirements -

- Reception/Administration experience
- A high level of accuracy
- Good telephone manner
- Working as part of a successful team
- Ability to organise work/tasks effectively

This is an initial 2-month contract, which will then be reviewed and has the potential to be extended for the right candidate.
