Role - Administrator
Location - Aylesford
Start Date - Immediate
Hours - MON - FRI 8am till 4pm (30 minute lunch)
Duration - 3/6 months temp with a view to go permanent
Pay - £19,000 - £21,000 - dependant on experience
We are looking for a a candidate who is available immediately who has office experience. Ideally within admin or accounts.
We are looking for a hard working, motivated and confident individual with a `can do` attitude to organise, prioritise and manage a busy workload.
This role essentially is to support the business with processing, pay and enter invoices on Excel and a bespoke system. You need to be confident using Excel.
Duties will include
-High levels of Customer Service
-Data Entry on Excel and also a bespoke system
-Assist with validating applications for payments
-Pay received invoices from sub-contractors
-Reconcile weekly payments to sub-contractors
-Communicate effectively to internal and external teams
