We are looking for an entry-level administrator, to join a busy insurance company, based in Preston - PR2.
Temporary - 4 week assignment minimum
Hours (37.50): 09:00 - 17:00 (30 minute lunch)
Working closely with the HR team, this role will require you to scan hard-copy personnel files and upload them online, naming and saving them correctly. The files will include contracts, return to works etc. so confidentiality is to be adhered to at all times.
The ideal candidate will be confident, able to work independently and have high attention to detail.
