Job Description

Are you local to Tunbridge Wells? Are you a Graduate that is looking for the chance to start your career within an office? And interested in the finance field?

Role: Administrator
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £18,000-£24,000 (Depending on experience)
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm

My Client is a well-established, local, progressive company that is looking for a new team member to join their Operations Team. Ideally you will have previous office experience however the company would look at candidates who have graduated and are looking to start their career. You must be highly organised, proactive, have brilliant attention to detail, able to multi-task and a quick learner.

Your duties would include:
- Ensuring all cash payment requests are actioned promptly.
- Client accounts are updated accordingly.
- Make payments via CHAPS, BACS and other financial systems.
- Monitoring a shared email inbox and responding to all emails in a timely manner.
- Abiding by all policies and procedures efficiently.
