Job Description
Our Co.Down client has an immediate vacancy for an Administrator
The role is full time, and temporary to the end of September ( may be extended)
The role involves oral and written communication, responding to telephone and email enquiries, obtaining and passing on information in a clear and timely manner . There is a requirement to be flexible in relation to tasks to be undertaken, have a conscientious approach to work and a keen attention to detail
The majority of the work is office based involving the use of computers,
Applicant must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience of delivering high levels of accuracy with attention to detail
Candidates should also be able to demonstrate:
Effective organisational and administration skills.
The ability to work to and meet tight deadlines and to effectively prioritise own workload.
The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Our client requires the successful applicant to have the following experience/qualifications
" Hold a level 2 qualification or equivalent and a minimum of one years` relevant experience* providing reception / administrative support in an office environment, or, Two years` relevant experience providing reception / administrative support in an office environment
You will be paid an hourly rate of £10.09 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
