Role - Administrator
Location - Sevenoaks (rural)
This role will be office based
Start Date - ASAP
Duration - 3 months which could lead to a permanent position
Hours - Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm
Pay - £9.50 - £10.50 per hour dependant on experience
We are looking for a strong Administrator for a client based in Rural Sevenoaks. This role ideally will need to be someone local or has a car. If you have worked within a FMCG or retail distributors this would be ideal however not essential.
The role will be to support a team with all data entry, administration and customer service. My client uses a bespoke system, SAP and MS office packages.
We are looking for a candidate who is keen, willing to learn and have a great attention to detail. A strong communicator both written and verbal is essential. The ideal candidate will have at least one years office experience.
Your daily tasks will be up update all bespoke system with product information relating products. Duties could include speaking with suppliers to update all relevant product information, liaising with several different departments as well as suppliers and updating system changes. Configure products with regards to packaging and distribution.
