Job Description

Are you based in Tunbridge Well or in the local to the area? Do you want a Monday to Friday job? And do you have experience in Administration?

My Client is a well established stockbroker company that is looking for a new team member to join their payments team as an Operations Administrator.

Your duties would include:
- Ensuring all cash payment requests are actioned promptly.
- Client accounts are updated accordingly.
- Make payments via CHAPS, BACS and other financial systems.
- Monitoring a shared email inbox and responding to all emails in a timely manner.
- Abiding by all policies and procedures efficiently.

A fantastic opportunity for someone who has just finished education or who is looking to further their Administration career in the finance/payments field.
