Job Description

This job is paying up between 18k and 21K depending on experience
A well established printing company based in Uxbridge are seeking a Administrator and Office Support person to join the friendly team reporting to the Office Manager.
You will be Sales support to Key Account Managers & Directors. Processing & managing of orders and enquiries, maintaining direct contact with both clients and suppliers.
You will do this by:
*Quick and accurate processing of enquiries and orders.
*To provide our clients with a first class service and maintain excellent relationships with our clients.
*To give advice & guidance to clients on all bespoke products, and feedback opportunities to Key Account Managers
You will be responsible for:
*The accurate processing of enquiries and orders and updating of records.
Working to ISO Standards and following set procedures.
*Communicating information and taking instructions from clients, suppliers and colleagues.
What they need from you ....
* Proficient in MS office programmes (Outlook, Word & Excel).
*To be able communicate with both clients and suppliers in a professional manner.
*The ability to learn and keep up to date with new printing techniques and products.
*To Keep up to date with all the services CDP are offering.
*Able to priorities work load.
*To work quickly, accurately and under pressure with a positive attitude towards fellow workers.
