37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

About the Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive Administrator/Coordinator to join our client in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a key administrative and coordination role, ensuring that all client visits are planned, managed, and completed efficiently and accurately in line with company and client requirements.

You'll play a vital role in supporting field agents, liaising with clients, and maintaining accurate account records to help deliver excellent service and meet business targets. After completing your training, this role offers the flexibility of hybrid working.


Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate and plan site visits in line with client SLAs and company processes.

  • Manage proactive and reactive communications via phone and email to coordinate visits.

  • Maintain and update internal systems

  • Provide support and guidance to field agents completing visits.

  • Liaise with clients to resolve issues and ensure accurate account completion.

  • Record any vulnerabilities, safety concerns, or visit feedback appropriately.

  • Complete accurate and detailed reports following all visit activity.

  • Conduct quality checks on visit reports and arrange revisits where required.

  • Monitor email inboxes related to visit management, ensuring timely responses.

Skills & Attributes

  • Competent IT skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).

  • Confident telephone manner and customer service experience.

  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage a varied workload.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to use initiative.

  • Strong team player with professional, approachable conduct.
