NHS Digital - Business and Operational Delivery Administrator -: Data Access Request Service (DARS) team
Location: Leeds
Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours)
Pay: £12.74ph

This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.

The NHS Digital Business and Operational Delivery profession ensures that customers get the
services they need, delivered in the most effective and efficient ways possible to agreed quality standards

Your duties will be:
- Pro actively Progressing and delivering applications for data within agreed service levels
- Communicating within both the DARS team, as well as with customers and stakeholders of all levels and assist with all required documentation for Data Sharing Agreements
- Manage customer requirements and expectations
- Abide by the legal requirements, standards, precedents and procedures
- Updating the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system
- Releasing sensitive information to trusted organisations following legal requirements

Skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Clear planning and organisation skills
- Excellent team working skills
- Exemplary Customer Service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM preferred, but not essential
- Can do attitude
- Proficient use of MS office programmes especially MS Excel
- Background within legal, health data, health data administration would be desirable but not essential
