Brook Street are excited to be recruiting for 3 Temporary Administrator roles within the Ministry of Justice. This will be located within Derby City Centre, easily accessible by bus or car.
The role will involve but not be limited to the following duties:
Preparing of papers and files for court hearing and meetings
Producing court and tribunal documents
Creating and updating of in house computer systems and data entry
Dealing with running remote hearings via MS Teams, CVP or BT MeetMe
Filing and photocopying duties
Post room duties
Dealing with queries via telephone, email or in person at the public counter
Distributing of paperwork to areas of the court and judiciary
The role is temporary and full-time, 37hrs per week Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
The Assignment is currently until the end of September 2022 with probable extension
The pay rate is £10.86/hr.
To be able to be considered for this role you will have to pass a Standard DBS check, provide full reference details for the last 3 years and have current photographic ID ie passport and/or drivers licence.
