Job Description
Brook Street UK Ltd is seeking a Full Time Administrator for our client based in Holywood Co Down
Our client is a social enterprise which prides themselves in the professionalism and dedication of its employees
Our client has advised us that this role is temporary for 6 months
We are seeking applications from candidates that have the following criteria good general level of education to include at least 5 GCSE's or equivalent to include English and Maths (at a minimum of Grade C), or , QCF Level II (previously NVQ) in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification and 2 years' administration experience working in a business environment including operation of a bespoke computerised system, and,
You will be responsible for providing a secretarial and administrative support service that includes the efficient and effective maintenance of all routine and non-routine administration procedures with regards to the key aspects of the Directorate's work
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.18 per hour, this will be paid on a weekly basis
