9am-5pm
Pay rate - £9.23
Temporary on going role

We are currently recruiting for administrator with good customer service based just outside city centre

Successful candidate must demonstrate:

- Good administration skills
- Customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
- Minute taking

Date to date responsibilities:


Act as a point of contact for the department, dealing with routine and specialist enquiries in a pleasant and helpful manner, communicating relevant information to stakeholders, referring to others as appropriate.
Inputting and maintaining data on data systems, together with the associated correspondence.
To arrange/schedule assessments and reviews for Nurse Assessors, including contacting individuals and family members/representatives and other relevant professionals, as required.
Responsible for organising meetings for the department, minute taking, calendar management and planning any administrative work as required. To deal with all outgoing and incoming mail. Responsible for sorting all out-going mail. To send post recorded delivery when requested.
Day to day office duties: scanning, copying and etc.
