Job Description

Our Client part of the Public Sector requires a Material Management Assistant on a temporary basis between 3-6months based in Cambridge to start ASAP.

You will be reporting to the Senior Procurement Partner.

You will be required to provide an efficient, cost effective, timely and courteous service to the wards and departments. Management of stock to agreed levels, data input and processing of orders, liaison with customers, other procurement colleagues. Ensure stock is rotated, documenting all out of date stock. Produce reports. Resolve customer queries and complaints as appropriate. Maintain a high level of communication with the Procurement Partners.

Previous warehouse experience is desirable, processing orders and managing data. Good customer service skills.

£9.74 per hour - Monday - Friday - Duration 3-6months contract
