Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an Admin Officer working at one of the Courts on the outskirts of Chelmsford. You will be working 37 hours per week between Monday - Friday.

This is a temporary position which is expecting to run until February 2019 but this could also be extended.

You will be required to carry out a various admin duties such as data entry, processing reports, collating and analysing information, answer calls and queries, filling and sending emails.

The successful candidate will work well in a team, have good communication skills and have some previous experience working in an office environment. As you will be working within a government booking you will be required to go through a compliance process. This will involve undergoing a criminal check and visiting the Chelmsford Office to complete the vetting paperwork.

You will be working 37 hours per week Monday - Friday with a pay rate of £7.98 per hour. This will increase after 12 weeks to £9.45p/h which is paid weekly.
