Job Description

Administrator Officer

Location: Seacroft, Leeds, LS14

Salary: £10.33

Hours: Monday - Friday (37 hours)

We are looking for 14n Administrator officers to work for our client based in Seacroft, LS14. The rate of pay will be £10.33 per hour covering 37 hours per week Monday-Friday. This role offers flexibility and you can work from home 1 of the days with a lap top. There is free parking on site. There is a large canteen on site. This is a 6 month temporary role with view for extension.

Key responsibilities will include:

To provide a broad range of complex administrative support in a specific business area to internal and external customers. To support the Remote Meter Management department to ensure customer accounts are reading and operating correctly. Query Handling Investigate and respond to a broad range of complex customer queries, liaising with other parties as necessary, to deliver an appropriate, acceptable resolution for the customer. Error Resolution Amend data errors and process exceptions and provide feedback to front-line teams to ensure data quality is improved and maintained. Task Processing Complete a broad range of complex transactions across the functional area, to ensure accurate processing of information. Workload Reporting Provide regular feedback on work in progress and decisions on workload priorities to Team Manager to ensure workloads are appropriately managed and performance standards met. Procedural Knowledge Maintain awareness of industry and company policy which influence local procedures, highlight local issues and suggest possible improvements to local working practices to ensure tasks are appropriately handled, right first time. Team Support Provide advice and support to team members to develop greater knowledge within the team.
