Job Description

Brook Street are excited to be working with a leading manufacturer within the UK who are looking for a Part Time Administrator to join their growing team in the Material Control department on a 1 year FTC (Maternity Cover).

Based in Lincoln LN6
22.5 hours per week Monday - Friday
24 Days holiday plus bank holidays!!

As a Material Control your responsibilities will include:
-Accurately an effectively carry out the administration duties on a bespoke operating system
-Book in any components which are delivered, use excel and word to monitor and adjust stock levels
-Process any orders, create invoices and deal with any invoice queries
-Liaise with suppliers to arrange courier slots to collect any necessary components

To be successful in the is role the candidate will need
- Experience within Administration and strong accuracy skills to input data correctly
- Computer Literate including Microsoft Office and IT systems
-Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
-Ability to prioritise workload
