Brook Street are now recruiting a Audio Typist/Administrator for a Aberdeen City centre based business.
The Typist/Administrator's role is a key part of ensuring that the quality of our service is maintained. The majority of the time will be spent typing reports but an important part of the role is also ensuring that client's queries and bookings are dealt with in an efficient and professional way; and with a smile and can do attitude.
Typing reports, ensuring high accuracy and quality.
Taking calls from clients, dealing with queries, booking appointments on our bespoke system
Ensuring adequate information is obtained from the client.
Liaising with clerks in terms of directions and assisting in keeping clients up to date.
Working closely with the rest of the team assisting wherever needed
IT literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
A typing speed of minimum 55 wpm with high accuracy
Great attention to detail
Be able to remain calm, polite and professional under pressure
Strong customer service skills and the mindset to be happy to go the extra mile
Confident communicator, both verbally and written, with good use of grammar and spelling
Self sufficient in terms of dealing with issues and equally adept at raising issues to management as required
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with one hour lunch break.
