Our client in Trowbridge is looking for a 'Buying Assistant' to be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Procurement department within a company that operates in setting up computer systems for schools.
The role is paying a generous £9.00 an hour and they are looking for someone with good MS Excel skills - THIS IS CRUCIAL FOR THE ROLE. Anyone with previous admin/finance experience is very much needed. The role is, for all intensive purposes, a permanent one but will be paid every week to you! We will need someone that is dedicated and capable of dealing with a lot of responsibility.
You will need to be able to pick up the phone when needed and to be able to communicate well with clients, candidates and other colleagues.
Along with item maintenance and product database support. Whilst also providing general administration support to the team including the compiling, distributing and administering of weekly and monthly reports as appropriate. The successful candidate will also be required to support with supplier order placement and chasing as required.
You'll need to be professional, organised and highly motivated. You'll also be used to working to strict deadlines and able to use your initiative, with strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail.
