Brook Street are looking for an Administrator to operate in the Clevedon area for 4-8 weeks from late August! If you have administration experience APPLY FOR THIS ROLE NOW!!!
The role will include a week's worth of training to get you up to speed. You will training alongside the telephone customer service team to understand the manner in which you will need to answer calls regarding specific queries.
After that week you will be operating as a candidate liaison alongside the main hiring manager. Your job will be to answer calls, emails and other queries from candidates that are placed temporarily in customer service-based roles across the country. The role DOES require excellent customer service skills, people management experience and brilliant organisation - if you have these qualities please do apply for this role!
The working days are from Friday to Tuesday - you will be required to work weekends so please make sure you ARE available to do so BEFORE applying! Your weekend will essentially be on Wednesday and Thursday instead.
